Cooking System “Save80”
• Extremely little firewood consumption
• High acceptance in developing countries
• Close cooperation with UNHCR, CARE and Diakonie (25,000 cook stoves Save80 implemented in refugee camps)

  • With 1 kg waste wood a substantial meal for 50 persons was cooked in a field test of UNHCR
  • 250 g of small sticks are enough to boil 6 l water or to cook 7 kg of rice
  • waste wood from forest maintenance is sufficient
